September 15, 2007 Standing Cedars was part of a dedication by the Audubon Society of an Important Bird Area

The following pages of photographs were taken at that event. The weather was wonderful, approximately 20 people
joined to go out onto the prairie at Standing Cedars and check out the bird population. These photos are a collage of the scenes on the prairie.

National Park Rager Robin Maercklein led our 8:00 am expedition.

The Standing Cedars Land Conservancy is open to the public. Stop by for a short hike (or a long hike) You will enjoy it.
