September 15, 2007 Standing Cedars was part of a dedication by the Audubon Society of an Important Bird Area

The following pages of photographs were taken at that event. The weather was wonderful, approximately 20 people
joined to go out onto the prairie at Standing Cedars and check out the bird population. These photos are a collage of the scenes on the prairie.

Farmingtown Town Chairman Mr. Jim Larue was there to learn what Standing Cedars is about.

Standing Cedars President Neil Soltis gave an introduction to the certification event.
