April 24, 2005 Burn at Engelwood, Buffalo Skull, and Tewksbury land
with the help of many volunteers from Standing Cedars Land Conservancy.

The wind was out of the North The back fire was
was on the South end. The grass was very dry The crew kept the fire under control

The field was burned
on its outside limits
downwind first Telephone and electric posts
were given extra protection Care was taken at the
roadside areas
smoke would limit
traffic on Ridge Road The west side of the fire
took place at the same time
as the Ridge Road side
